RRC Rules and Procedures

Payment information must be provided with application submission. Cancellations made after August 15th will be assessed a $200 processing charge. No refunds, credits or transfers will be issued after the program has begun. RRC retains the rights to any photographs and video taken of players to be used for publicity or advertising. RRC does not always follow school holidays and inclement weather closings. During inclement weather, please call the club or check our website for possible cancellations. Submitting the form does not guarantee placement.

CUSTOMERS RIGHT TO CANCELLATION

You may cancel this contract without any penalty for further obligation within three (3) days from this date. Additional rights of cancellation:You may also cancel this contract for any of the following reasons: If upon a doctor's order you cannot physically receive the service because of significant physical disability for a period in excess of six months. If you die, your estate shall be relieved of any further obligation for payment under the contract not then due and owing, If you move your residence more than 25 miles from any health club operated by seller. If the services ceases to be offered as stated in the contract.

Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk and Release

I further acknowledge and agree that there are certain inherent dangers in playing tennis, and in fitness/conditioning exercises, and that the Club shall not be liable for any personal injuries, exposure to infectious diseases, property damage, or any other loss sustained by me, my guest or my children in, on or about the premises of the Club, or arising out of the use or intended use of any facilities, equipment or other property of the Club, whether or not said personal injuries, property damage, or other loss sustained by the undersigned is the result of the negligence of the owners, agents or employees of the Club or the negligence of any other persons present on the premises of the Club. These conditions apply individually and/or jointly with other players, player's children or guests of players.

RRC Makeup Policy

While every effort will be made to accommodate makeup classes, there are NO GUARANTEES FOR A MAKEUP when a student is absent. If the club cancels for any reason, we will provide a make up. Makeups CANNOT be carried into future sessions. No makeups will be accommodated without advance notice of missing a class. The club must be notified (not the pros!). A maximum of 2 makeups per session will be considered.
